Following a Quality Assurance Visit on 9th August 2017, the Trussell Trust commended the Ribble Valley foodbank. The report summary said:
‘the foodbank is an outstanding project which is well managed with support from the trustee board and an excellent team of long-standing volunteers. The foodbank provides comprehensive training and support to volunteers, which is certainly seen in the volunteer retention. The project strives to ensure that everything is the very best that it can be for clients.
The foodbank is to be commended for the excellent project and The Trussell Trust is very proud to have the foodbank within the network’.
